My sister sent money through Gcash to my friend. My friend told me he didn't receive even after showing him the transfer slip and debit notification

by mistaken I sent money to my sisters Gcash account number is no longer active.so, we tried to contact Contact G cash. However Gcash customer service have no bodys answer the phone.

I'll talk to lending company and then they told me I approved then the loan assistant told me theres someting on my account the reason my account freeze then they ask money to activate it.

It's been 4 days and I have not yet received it. There's a frustrating issue with Gcash.

I didn't receive any email from them; on their side, it's hard to communicate with the support service of Gcash. It's unfair.

I was about ask the costumer service but there is Gigi to chat but cannot gave me right choices.I would like to report an account.I was transferred 25,000 from m online banking to supposedly my gcash account but I made a mistake instead of 0966814**** I was sent to 0906814****.I report this immediately to BDO my mother bank but I wanted also to know from you of what is the best I could do or if you can hold it my money or can advice me if the account 0906814**** is active since the number was not able when my nieces made a call.I was in abroad I could not make a call to costumer service of gcash.
