Nothing resolved. I cannot get a confirmation or verification, if process of sending funds was complete.
I must take the word from a source who may or may not have received. I wish this company could confirm (or not) if the transaction was complete.
GCash has numbers to call, but when you dial these numbers, they don't work. Also, they want you to submit a ticket, which takes 3 to 8 days for them to respond. It's not good when a person really needs the money to pay bills.
