I would like to report an unauthorized transaction from my GCash account. The transaction was made on September 18, 2026, at around 2:15 AM, with the payment merchant listed as Sharpwork Technology Limited, amounting to 899.00.
I understand that 899.00 may not be a large amount, but it still has value, and I am concerned that if I had not regularly monitored my account, similar unauthorized deductions might happen again. This is also concerning because it could potentially happen to other GCash users.
At the time of the transaction, I was already resting and had no knowledge of or involvement in this transaction. I also have no idea what this merchant is or how the transaction was processed without my authorization or approval.
I regularly monitor all transactions in my GCash account, which is why I immediately noticed and reported this unauthorized transaction.
Please help me investigate this matter, determine how this transaction was processed without my authorization, and refund the 899.00 that was debited from my account. I would also appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to prevent any similar unauthorized transactions from happening again.
