Useless app. Ive experienced not once but multiple times.

Last year, ive experienced same issue.

I cannot received any OTP. I keep install and uninstall the app but nothing happen.

Same thing happen right now.

Because I sent the different wallet ID to the number, that is why I need to talk to customer services. Please help me.

hi, I sent to gcash from DBS BANK in Singapore, but the number registered is +6309***** which should not have a 0 because it already has a +63 code. and the owner of the gcash account has not received it yet but there is a confirmation from DBS BANK IN SINGAPORE that it has been sent. what should I do?

I have never seen such an un-professional, un-accountable, money transfer organisation around the world, as gcash!

They think they are a law unto themselves, they have zero transparency or accountability with their less than legitimate ways of doing banking, their obvious mission to data mine peoples bio characteristics, personal information, and then when you attempt to delete your account and the information they have collected, they make it virtually impossible to do so, and try to data mine some more in the account deletion process, then they say they hold your details and information for a further 5 years even after deleting your account..

As a citizen of a western country this is an absolute joke and a real blemish on the Philippines and any perception of the filipino people! It just re-enforces many foreigners impression of how corrupt and dis-honest the Philippines is...

I warn all non-filipinos and even filipinos, that gcash is not an organisation that appears to care about privacy, accountability or being a good honest company and customer service focussed! I would stick to other services such as Western Union, Remitly etc that are governed by my honourable western methods of banking..

Nagpa-transfer fund ako na send sa old GCash ko which is sim card expired na kay di na ma-open ung account ko. Laging ganito, antagal ng process, almost 5 days na. Nag-send sila nung Sept 27, pa-transfer na daw, 29 na ngayon tapos wala man lang nagre-reply.
