I can't satisfactorily get effective customer service. It's very hard to reach your customer service. I wish to recover my money fast, but it's not easy.

I want to register my gcash acc in other phone .But there is already acc registered in this phone .What sould i do ?

there's something link that took my money its sorafuture. it auto deducted. first 499 2nd 199 and now 199 again.

Paano po babalik po sa Ggives ko yung binayad ko sa Card Bank na imbes sa Card SME Bank ako magbabayad, ano po dapat kung gawin para maayos itong problema ko. Kasi po nabawasan na laman ng Ggives ko, pero mali yung nailagay kung biller name. Imbes na sa Card SME Bank ako magpadala, sa Card Bank po ako nakapagsend.

Gcash pakiayos naman po hindi ko mabuksan gcash ko kasi hjndi ko ma received yung OTP ginawa ko na lahat ng troubleshooting baka naman pwedeng pakiayos itong problema na ito at alam ko hindi lang ako ang nakakaranas nito sana naman pakiayos.
